Purpose of the study:
Interaction study human bioenvironment with nutrient media.
Test samples:
1. Fasting saliva sample from 03/06/2023.
2. Nutrient medium (raw walnut) combined with human biological medium (saliva) from 03/06/2023.
3. Fasting saliva sample from 03/12/2023.
4. Nutrient medium (raw walnut) combined with human biological medium (saliva) from 03/12/2023.
Evaluation was performed immediately after sample collection, after 5h, 1d, 2d, 3d and 4d.
Samples No. 1 and No. 2 were tested additionally for 5 days.
Sample #1:
Description | Photo |
06.03.2023 10:30 The saliva sample contains many small and medium sized bubbles grouped together. Based on the size and character, it can be concluded that the voltage surface of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteria that make up the biofilm are high.
06.03.2023 16:00 There is a combination of bubbles into one big one.
07.03.2023 13:30 The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues. An increase in the number of bacteria is observed.
08.03.2023 14:00 The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.
09.03.2023 13:00 The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.
10.03.2023 18:00 The dynamics of the merging of bubbles into one big one continues.
11.03.2023 13:00 The dynamics of growth in the number of bacteria continues. |
Sample #2.
Description | Photo |
06.03.2023 11:30 The culture medium sample combined with saliva contains several small and medium sized vesicles grouped together. Based on the size and nature, it can be concluded that the voltage surface of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteriaand constituting the biofilm – medium.
06.03.2023 16:00 No changes.
07.03.2023 13:30 The process of purification from sediment is observed.
08.03.2023 14:00 The process of coalescence of bubbles into one large one is observed.
09.03.2023 13:00 The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.
10.03.2023 18:00 The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.
11.03.2023 13:00 The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues. |
Sample #3:
Description | Photo |
12.03.2023 13:00 The saliva sample contains many small and medium sized bubbles grouped together. Based on the size and character, it can be concluded that the voltage surface of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteria that make up the biofilm are high. A precipitate is immediately present.
12.03.2023 19:00 There is a combination of bubbles into one big one.
13.03.2023 12:00 The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.
14.03.2023 15:00 The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.
15.03.2023 09:00 There is a release of tension – a large bubble has burst.
16.03.2023 10:00 The dynamics of stress relief continues – there are almost no bubbles. The liquid has become more uniform. |
Sample #4:
Description | Photo |
12.03.2023 15:00 A sample of culture medium combined with saliva contains a few small bubbles not grouped. Based on the size and character, it can be concluded that the voltage surface of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteria that make up the biofilm are low.
12.03.2023 19:00 There is an alignment of almost all the bubbles in one line.
13.03.2023 12:00 Approach of almost all bubbles is observed.
14.03.2023 15:00 There is a combination of bubbles into one big one.
15.03.2023 09:00 Partial voltage drop. The sample drying process begins.
16.03.2023 10:00 There is an association of bubbles. |
Result:
When evaluating the interaction of the above media in sample No. 4, no colonies were detected, growth was not observed.
In sample No. 2, colonies collected in a chain were immediately detected, on the second day the sample was much cleaner. The voltage surface of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteria gradually increased, butgrowth was not observed.
In a separate sample of the human bioenvironment, bacteria were initially observed in sample No. 3, and growth on the 1st day in sample No. 1, which increased on the fifth day.
Conclusion:
The use of raw walnuts in the diet has a positive effect on the bioenvironment of the researcher and is recommended for use.
There is no need for retesting.
