Soda

Purpose of the study:

Interaction study human bioenvironment with nutrient media.

Test samples:

 1. Fasting saliva sample from 02/22/2023.

 2. Nutrient medium (1 teaspoon of Russian soda according to GOST 2156-76 + 250 ml of cool distilled water) combined with a human biological environment (saliva) from 02/22/2023.

 3. Fasting saliva sample from 03/03/2023.

 4. Nutrient medium (1 tsp of American soda + 250 ml of cool distilled water) combined with human biological environment (saliva) from 03/03/2023.

Evaluation was performed immediately after the collection of samples, after 4h (samples no. 1 and 2)/5h (samples no. 3 and 4), 1d, 2d, 4d and 5d.

Sample №1:

DescriptionPhoto
22.02.2023 6:00

The saliva sample contains many small and medium sized bubbles grouped together. Based on the size and character, it can be concluded that the voltage surface of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteria that make up the biofilm are high.
02/22/2023 10:30

Bubbles coalesce.
02/23/2023 7:00 am

Continues the dynamics of the association of bubbles into one big one.
02/24/2023 7:00 AM

Bubbles continue to merge into one big one. Most of the bubbles burst.
02/25/2023 7:00 am

Continues the dynamics of the combination of bubbles into one big burst. The process of sample drying is observed.
02/27/2023 9:30 am

Continues the dynamics of the combination of bubbles into one big burst. The drying process of the sample is completed.

Sample #2.

22.02.2023 6:30

The sample contains one large and many medium-sized bubbles grouped together. Based on the size and character, it can be concluded that the voltage surface of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteria that make up the biofilm are high.
02/22/2023 10:30

Bubbles coalesce. The big bubble burst. There are no more chains, all bubbles are independent.
23.02.2023 7:00

The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.
24.02.2023 7:00

Combining bubbles into one big one is complete.
25.02.2023 7:00

An increase in the size and tension of the large bubble is observed.
27.02.2023 9:30

An increase in the size and tension of the large bubble is observed.

Sample #3:

03.03.2023 10:30

The saliva sample contains many small and medium sized bubbles grouped together. Based on the size and character, it can be concluded that the voltage surface of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteria that make up the biofilm are high.
03.03.2023 15:00

There is a combination of bubbles into one big one.
04.03.2023 8:00

The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.
05.03.2023 10:30

The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues. Most of the bubbles burst.
07.03.2023 14:00

Separation of large bubbles into separate bubbles is observed.
08.03.2023 14:00

All the bubbles merged into one big one again.

Sample number 4.

The saliva sample contains many small and medium sized bubbles grouped together. Based on the size and character, it can be concluded that the voltage surface of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteria that make up the biofilm are high.
03.03.2023 15:00

There is a combination of bubbles from a group into one large one. Independent bubbles moved away from the group.
04.03.2023 8:00

The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.
05.03.2023 10:30

The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.

The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.
08.03.2023 14:00

The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.

Result:

When assessing the interaction of the above two media (samples No. 2 and No. 4), colonies collected in a chain were immediately identified.

In sample No. 2, at the 4th hour of observation, the chains were broken, a day later only one bubble remained.

In sample No. 4, at the 5th hour of observation, some circuits opened, then the dynamics of association into one bubble was observed.

Microbial growth was not detected in any of the samples.

Conclusion:

The use of soda in the diet, both Russian according to GOST 2156-76, and American, has a positive effect on the bioenvironment of the researcher and is recommended for use.

There is no need for additional testing.
