Purpose of the study:
Interaction study human bioenvironment with nutrient media.
Test samples:
1. Fasting saliva sample from 03/12/2023.
2. Nutrient medium (2 tablespoons of senna herb per 250 ml of distillate) combined with human biological environment (saliva) from 03/12/2023.
The evaluation was carried out immediately after the collection of samples, after 3-5 hours, 1d, 2d, 3d and 4d.
Sample #1:
Description | Photo |
12.03.2023 13:00 The saliva sample contains many small and medium sized bubbles grouped together. Based on the size and character, it can be concluded that the voltage surface of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteria that make up the biofilm are high. A precipitate is immediately present.
12.03.2023 19:00 There is a combination of bubbles into one big one.
13.03.2023 12:00 The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.
14.03.2023 15:00 The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.
15.03.2023 09:00 There is a release of tension – a large bubble has burst.
16.03.2023 10:00 The dynamics of stress relief continues – there are almost no bubbles. The liquid has become more uniform. |
Sample #2:
Description | Photo |
13.03.2023 01:00 A sample of culture medium combined with saliva contains a few small bubbles not grouped. Based on the size and character, it can be concluded that the voltage surface of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteria that make up the biofilm are low.
13.03.2023 04:00 There is a convergence of bubbles and an increase in the number of bacteria.
13.03.2023 12:00 The dynamics of convergence of bubbles and the growth of the number of bacteria continues.
14.03.2023 15:00 The dynamics of the convergence of bubbles continues. There is an increase in the total number of bubbles and the size of existing bubbles.
15.03.2023 09:00 There is an increase in tension in all bubbles.
16.03.2023 10:00 There is a combination of bubbles into one big one. |
Conclusion:
When evaluating the interaction of the above media in sample No. 1, no colonies were initially detected, however, after 3 hours, bacterial growth was observed, the tension and size of the bubbles gradually increased.
Bacteria were initially observed in a separate sample of the human bioenvironment.
