The purpose of the study:
The study of the interaction of human biological media with nutrient media.
Test samples:
- Sample of saliva on an empty stomach.
- Nutrient medium (ripe raw pear “Conference”) combined with human bio-environment (saliva).
The assessment was carried out immediately after collecting samples, after 4h, 1d, 2d, 3d and 5d.
Sample №1:
Description | Photo |
22.02.2023 6:00 The saliva sample contains many medium- and small-sized bubbles grouped together. According to the size and nature, it can be concluded that the surface voltage of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteria that make up the biofilm is high.
22.02.2023 10:30 There is a union of bubbles.
23.02.2023 7:00 The dynamics of combining bubbles into one big one continues.
24.02.2023 7:00 The dynamics of combining bubbles into one big one continues. Most of the bubbles burst.
25.02.2023 7:00 The dynamics of combining bubbles into one big burst continues. The drying process of the sample is observed.
27.02.2023 9:30 The dynamics of combining bubbles into one big burst continues. The drying process of the sample is completed. |
Sample №2.
Description | Photo |
22.02.2023 6:30 A sample of a nutrient medium combined with saliva contains many medium- and small-sized bubbles combined into a group. According to the size and nature, it can be concluded that the surface voltage of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteria that make up the biofilm are high.
22.02.2023 10:30 There is a union of bubbles into one large one. The fluidity is good, but there is a growth of bacteria.
23.02.2023 7:00 The dynamics of bacterial growth continues.
24.02.2023 7:00 The dynamics of combining bubbles into one large one and the growth of bacteria continues.
25.02.2023 7:00 There are no visible changes
27.02.2023 9:30 The dynamics of combining bubbles into one big one continues. The liquid has acquired a yellow-green hue. |
Result:
When assessing the interaction of the two above-mentioned media, colonies were immediately identified, collected in chains, which, when observed, were combined into one large bubble. On day 5, there was a change in the color of the medium. The growth in the number of bacteria is noticeable already at 4 hours of observation.
In a separate sample of the human biological environment, the growth did not show.
Conclusion:
The researcher should completely exclude raw pears from the diet.
There is no need for repeated testing.
