Purpose of the study:

Interaction study human bioenvironment with nutrient media.

Test samples:

 1. Fasting saliva sample from 02/22/2023.

 2. Nutrient medium (peeled mung bean sprouts) combined with human biological medium (saliva) from 02/22/2023.

 3. Nutrient medium (mung bean seedlings with peel) combined with human biological environment (saliva) dated 22.02.2023.

 4. Fasting saliva sample from 03/06/2023.

 5. Nutrient medium (boiled mung bean) combined with human biological environment (saliva) from 03/06/2023.

The evaluation was carried out immediately after the collection of samples, after 4-5 hours, 1d, 2d, 3d and 5d.

Samples No. 4 and No. 5 were tested additionally on the 4th day.

Result:

When assessing the interaction of the above media in samples No. 2 and No. 3, colonies collected in chains were immediately identified, which already at 4 hours of observation showed growth of microorganisms in samples No. 3 and No. 4. Samples No. 3 and No. 4 were immediately thick, while in both samples the biofilm voltage surface and the electrical activity of bacteria noticeably decreased every day, and the groups of colonies disintegrated.

In sample No. 5, the voltage decreased on the 2nd day of observation.

In a separate sample, the human bioenvironment did not show growth in sample No. 1, but in sample No. 4 – heighton the 1st day, which intensified on the fifth day.

Conclusion:

The researcher should completely exclude mung beans in any form from the diet.

There is no need for retesting.
