The purpose of the study:

The study of the interaction of human biological media with nutrient media.

Test samples: 

  1. Sample of saliva on an empty stomach from 08.02.2023.
  2. Nutrient medium (raw melon) combined with human biological medium (saliva) from 08.02.2023.
  3. Fasting saliva sample from 03.03.2023.
  4. Nutrient medium (raw melon) combined with human biological medium (saliva) from 03.03.2023.

The assessment was carried out immediately after collecting samples, after 3-5h, 1d, 2d, 3d and 4d.

Additional sample №2 was studied on the 6th day, and samples №3 and №4 on the 5th.

Result:

When evaluating the interaction of the two above-mentioned environments, colonies collected in a chain were immediately identified. In sample №2, the chains were opened during observation, after the bubbles were combined, the voltage was reset and the sample showed a slight growth of bacteria only on day 6. In sample №4, the tension increased, but no growth was observed.

In a separate sample of the human biological environment in sample №1, growth was not shown, in sample №3, growth was observed on the 5th day of observation

Conclusion:

For the researcher, it is permissible to use raw melon in the diet.
