The purpose of the study:
The study of the interaction of human biological media with nutrient media.
Test samples:
- Sample of saliva on an empty stomach.
- Nutrient medium (raw hazelnuts) combined with human biological medium (saliva) from 08.02.2023.
- Sample of saliva on an empty stomach from 13.02.2023.
4-5. Nutrient medium (raw hazelnuts) combined with human bio-environment (saliva) from 02/13/2023.
Samples №1 and №2 were evaluated immediately after their collection, after 4h, 1d, 2d, 3d and 4d.
Additionally, sample №2 was studied on the 6th day.
The evaluation of samples №3-5 was carried out immediately after collection, after 4-5h, 1d, 2d and 5d.

Result:
When evaluating the interaction of the two above-mentioned media in sample №2, colonies were immediately identified, collected in chains, which, when observed, merged into one large bubble, which burst between 4 and 6 days of observation. On day 6, a change in the color of the nutrient medium was observed.
When assessing the interaction of biological media in samples №4 and №5, small colonies were immediately identified, collected in chains, which opened on the same day of observation. There was also a decrease in tension and the absence of bacterial growth.
In a separate sample of the human biological environment in sample №1, growth was not shown, in sample №3, growth was observed on the 5th day of observation.
Conclusion:
The researcher’s use of raw hazelnuts in the diet is acceptable.
