Pitahaya

Purpose of the study:

Interaction study human bioenvironment with nutrient media.

Test samples:

 1. Fasting saliva sample from 22.02.2023..

 2. Nutrient medium (raw pitahaya) combined with human biological medium (saliva) from 02/22/2023.

 3. Fasting saliva sample from 03/03/2023.

 4. Nutrient medium (raw pitahaya) combined with human biological medium (saliva) from 03/03/2023.

The evaluation was carried out immediately after the collection of samples, after 3-5 hours, 1d, 2d, 3d and 5d.

Also, samples No. 3 and No. 4 were studied on the 4th day.

Sample №1:

DescriptionPhoto
22.02.2023 6:00

The saliva sample contains many small and medium sized bubbles grouped together. Based on the size and character, it can be concluded that the voltage surface of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteria that make up the biofilm are high.
02/22/2023 10:30

Bubbles coalesce.
02/23/2023 7:00 am

Continues the dynamics of the association of bubbles into one big one.
02/24/2023 7:00 AM

Bubbles continue to merge into one big one. Most of the bubbles burst.
02/25/2023 7:00 am

Continues the dynamics of the combination of bubbles into one big burst. The process of sample drying is observed.
02/27/2023 9:30 am

Continues the dynamics of the combination of bubbles into one big burst. The drying process of the sample is completed.

Sample #2.

DescriptionPhoto
22.02.2023 6:30

The sample contains one large and many small bubbles grouped together. According to the size and nature, it can be concluded that the voltage surface of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteria that make up the biofilm -below the average
22.02.2023 10:30

Changes in size are not observed, while the bubbles have become independent and are easily separated from each other. Fluid flows well.
23.02.2023 7:00

Bubble pooling and microbial growth are observed.
24.02.2023 7:00

The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.
25.02.2023 7:00

The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues. The process of sample drying is observed.
27.02.2023 9:30

The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues. The drying process continues.

Sample #3:

DescriptionPhoto
03.03.2023 10:30

The saliva sample contains many small and medium sized bubbles grouped together. Based on the size and character, it can be concluded that the voltage surface of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteria that make up the biofilm are high.
03.03.2023 15:00

There is a combination of bubbles into one big one.
04.03.2023 8:00

The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.
05.03.2023 10:30

The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues. Most of the bubbles burst.
07.03.2023 14:00

Separation of large bubbles into separate bubbles is observed.
08.03.2023 14:00

All the bubbles merged into one big one again.

Sample number 4.

DescriptionPhoto
03.03.2023 12:00

The saliva sample contains many small and medium sized bubbles grouped together. Based on the size and character, it can be concluded that the voltage surface of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteria that make up the biofilm are high.
03.03.2023 15:00

There is a combination of bubbles into one big one.
04.03.2023 8:00

No changes.
05.03.2023 10:30

The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues. An increase in the number of bacteria is observed.
07.03.2023 14:00

The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues. The process of sample drying has occurred.
08.03.2023 14:00

The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.

Result:

When assessing the interaction of the two above-mentioned media, colonies collected in chains were immediately identified, which in sample No. 2 opened after 4 hours. When observed, the bubbles combined into one large bubble. In sample No. 2, 24 hours of observation, the growth of microorganisms was recorded, which did not develop further. No growth was observed in sample #4.

In some probakh the human bioenvironment did not show growth.

Conclusion:

Researchershould be limited the use of raw pitahaya in the diet.
