Purpose of the study:
Interaction study human bioenvironment with nutrient media.
Test samples:
1. Fasting saliva testfrom 08.02.2023.
2. Nutrient medium (in equal proportions cucumber juice + distilled water) combined with the human biological environment (saliva).
3. Fasting saliva sample dated February 13, 2023.
4. Nutrient medium (raw cucumber) combined with human biological medium (saliva).
The evaluation was carried out immediately after the collection of samples, after 4-5 hours, 1d, 2d.
Additionally, sample No. 2 was studied on the 6th day,No. 1 of3d and 4d, #3 and #4 on 5d.

Conclusion:
When evaluating sample #2, colonies collected in chains were immediately identified, which, when observed, combined into one large bubble that burst between 4 and 6 days of observation. On day 6, a lighter-than-liquid precipitate was observed, indicating the appearance of mold or grease.
When assessing sample No. 4, colonies were immediately identified, collected in a very dense chain, which completely prevented the movement of fluid. The chain under observation broke on the same day.
In a separate sample, the human bioenvironment in sample No. 1 did not show growth; in sample No. 3, growth was observed on the 5th day of observation.
Conclusion:
The use of cucumber juice in the diet by the researcher is undesirable, but not prohibited.
Raw cucumber must be retested. Preliminary – the researcher should limit the use of raw cucumber in the diet.
