Purpose of the study:

Interaction study human bioenvironment with nutrient media.

Test samples:

1. Fasting saliva sample from 03/12/2023.

2. Nutrient medium (raw coconut) combined with human biological medium (saliva) from 03/12/2023.

3. Nutrient medium (coconut water) combined with human biological medium (saliva) from 03/12/2023.

Evaluation was performed immediately after sample collection, after 5h, 1d, 2d, 3d and 4d.

Conclusion:

When evaluating the interaction of the above media in sample No. 1 throughout the entire observation period, no colonies were detected and no growth was observed.

In sample No. 2, no colonies were found on the first day, thensmall bubblesstarted showing up (day 0), forming groups(day 1-2) and unite(day 3-4).

Bacteria were initially observed in a separate sample of the human bioenvironment.
