Purpose of the study:
Interaction study human bioenvironment with nutrient media.
Test samples:
1. Fasting saliva sample from 03/06/2023.
2. Nutrient medium (raw almonds) combined with human biological medium (saliva) from 03/06/2023.
3. Fasting saliva sample from 03/12/2023.
4. Nutrient medium (rawalmond) combined with the human bioenvironment (saliva) from 03/12/2023.
Evaluation was performed immediately after sample collection, after 5h, 1d, 2d, 3d and 4d.
Samples No. 1 and No. 2 were tested additionally for 5 days.
Sample #1:

06.03.2023 10:30 The saliva sample contains many small and medium sized bubbles grouped together. Based on the size and character, it can be concluded that the voltage surface of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteria that make up the biofilm are high.
06.03.2023 16:00 There is a combination of bubbles into one big one.
07.03.2023 13:30 The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues. An increase in the number of bacteria is observed.
08.03.2023 14:00 The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.
09.03.2023 13:00 The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.

Result:
When evaluating the interaction of the above media in images No. 2 and No. 4immediately identified colonies collected in a chain, it was observed aboutcombining bubbles into one large one and increasing tension. In both samples there was a voltage drop on day 5/6. In sample No. 2, an increase in the number of bacteria was found on the 4th day of observation.
In a separate sample of the human bioenvironment, bacteria were initially observed in sample No. 3, and growth on the 1st day in sample No. 1, which increased on the fifth day.
