Beijing cabbage

Purpose of the study:

Interaction study human bioenvironment with nutrient media.

Test samples:

 1. Fasting saliva test.

 2. Nutrient medium (raw Beijing cabbage) combined with the human biological environment (saliva).

Evaluation was performed immediately after sample collection, after 4h, 1d, 2d, 3d and 4d.

Additionally, sample No. 2 was studied on the 6th day.

Sample №1:

The saliva sample contains many medium-sized bubbles grouped together. Based on the size and character, it can be concluded that the voltage surface of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteria that make up the biofilm are high.
08.02.2023 20:00

There is an association of bubbles.
09.02.2023 16:30

The dynamics of the bubbles merging into one big one continues.
10.02.2023 22:00

The liquid is almost absent as a result of the drying of the sample.
11.02.2023 20:00

The dynamics of the increase in the large bubble continues.
12.02.2023 17:00

Complete drying of the sample. There is no need for further observation.

Sample #2.

The culture medium sample combined with saliva contains many small and medium sized bubbles grouped together. According to the size and character, it can be concluded that the voltage surface of the biofilm and the electrical activity of the bacteria that make up the biofilm are average.
08.02.2023 20:30

Some bubbles burst. Bacterial growth is observed.
09.02.2023 16:30

There is an association of bubbles.
10.02.2023 22:00

The dynamics of the coalescence of bubbles continues.

A black fungus appeared.Obviously, there was a very large bubble and it burst. The jelly-like medium has risen.

Result:

When evaluating the interaction of the two above-mentioned media, colonies collected in a chain were immediately identified, which gave the strongest growth during observation. A week later, black mold was found in the sample.

In a separate sample, the human bioenvironment showed no growth.

Conclusion:

The researcher should completely eliminate raw Beijing cabbage from the diet.

There is no need for retesting.
