Purpose of the study:

Interaction study human bioenvironment with nutrient media.

Test samples:

 1. Fasting saliva sample dated February 13, 2023.

 2. Nutrient medium (buckwheat bar *) combined with the human biological environment (saliva) from 13.02.2023.

 3. Fasting saliva sample from 03/03/2023.

 4. Nutrient medium (buckwheat bar *) combined with the human biological environment (saliva) from 03/03/2023.

* Buckwheat bar (cocoa butter, cocoa mass, buckwheat seeds, cashews, buckwheat flour (from green), coconut flour, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, pink Himalayan salt)

The evaluation was carried out immediately after the collection of samples, after 3 h (samples No. 2 and No. 4) / 5 h (samples No. 1 and No. 3), 1d, 2d and 5d.

Additionally, sample No. 4 was studied on the 4th and 6th days, and sample No. 3 on the 4th day.

When assessing the interaction of the above two media, small chains were present in both samples at once. The bubbles, when observed, united into large bubbles. In sample No. 2, the bubbles released stress on the first day of observation, and in sample No. 4, the stress did not weaken until the end of the observation.

On the 6th day of observation, a green-gray mold was found in sample No. 4.

In a separate sample, the human bioenvironment in sample No. 3 did not show growth; in sample No. 1, growth was observed on the 5th day of observation.

Conclusion:

Researcher use ba ton of buckwheat in the diet is acceptable with rapid excretion from the body.
