The purpose of the study:

The study of the interaction of human biological media with nutrient media.

Test samples: 

  1. Sample of saliva on an empty stomach.
  2. Nutrient medium (raw radish) combined with human biological medium (saliva).

The assessment was carried out immediately after collecting samples, after 4-5h, 1d, 2d, 3d, 4d and 5d.

Result:

When assessing the interaction of the two above-mentioned environments, colonies collected in a chain were immediately identified. When observed, the bubbles combined into one large bubble and increased the tension. On the third day of observation, the growth of microorganisms was recorded.

In a separate sample, the human biological environment showed an increase on the 1st day, which intensified on the fifth day.

Conclusion:

The researcher should completely exclude raw radishes from the diet.

There is no need for repeated testing.
